Rental & Delivery Details

Rental Period: Up to 24 hours
Delivery: Free within 30 miles of Kokomo, Indiana
Additional Mileage: $3 per mile beyond 30 miles
Setup & Pickup: Included

Delivery and pickup are coordinated around our scheduled routes. Our team will confirm your arrival window before your event.

Setup Requirements

Customers must provide:

A clean, level outdoor setup area large enough for both the tent and bounce house, including necessary safety clearances.
A working standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house.
A clear, accessible path for our delivery crew.
A surface suitable for securing both the tent and inflatable.

Important Staking & Anchoring Information

For safety, our tents and inflatables must be properly anchored.

Our equipment stakes extend approximately 18 inches into the ground. Customers are responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, private lines, and other buried hazards before installation.

Indiana 811 can arrange free marking of participating utilities. Privately installed lines may require separate marking.

If staking is not permitted, alternative anchoring must be arranged before delivery.

Bounce house sandbagging: Additional $40
Tent water barrel anchoring: Additional $120

Alternative anchoring must be requested in advance and is subject to setup approval.

Booking & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Deposits are refundable when bookings are canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Safety & Supervision

Adult supervision is required whenever the bounce house is in use. No shoes, food, drinks, sharp objects, or rough play are permitted inside the inflatable.

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel unsafe setups due to high winds, thunderstorms, or other hazardous conditions.

We handle the setup so you can enjoy the celebration!
