Please note:
Setup requires a flat, clear outdoor area with enough space for safe installation. Customer is responsible for making sure the setup area is ready before delivery.

Reservation Policy:
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise discussed with an officer of The Party Emporium LLC. The deposit is based on 50% of the original rental order total, including any delivery and pickup charges. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the reservation date. If the remaining balance is not paid at least 7 days before the reservation, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Delivery Policy:
Delivery and pickup times are typically between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Delivery is free within 30 miles of Kokomo. Locations outside a 30-mile radius are subject to an additional charge of $3.00 per mile. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, pet waste, and obstacles. Access to power and water may be required for certain items. All rentals are 24-hour rentals unless otherwise requested, with the exception of foam parties.

Setup Requirements:

• Flat, level setup area
• Clear access path to setup location
• Power outlet within reach
• Water source required if using as a waterslide
• Grass setup preferred when staking is required

Safety Rules:
Adult supervision is required at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, or rough play on the inflatable.
