Reservation Policy

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise discussed with an officer of The Party Emporium LLC. The deposit is based on 50% of the original rental order total, including any delivery and pickup charges.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the reservation date. If the remaining balance is not paid at least 7 days before the reservation, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Delivery Policy

Delivery and pickup times are typically between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Delivery is free within 30 miles of Kokomo. Locations outside a 30-mile radius are subject to an additional charge of $3.00 per mile.

debris
pet waste
toys
furniture
other obstacles

Access to power and water may be required depending on the rental item.

All rentals are 24-hour rentals unless otherwise requested, with the exception of foam parties.

Important Safety Information

Adult supervision is required at all times. Do not allow shoes, food, drinks, gum, sharp objects, or rough play inside the inflatable.
