Create a clean, covered space for your next event with our 10x20 tent rental. This tent is a great option for birthday parties, graduation parties, backyard celebrations, vendor events, baby showers, and more. Its spacious design provides shade and light weather protection while giving your setup a polished, professional look.

This 10x20 tent comfortably fits three 6-foot tables with 6 chairs at each table underneath it, making it a great choice for guest seating, food setups, gift tables, or activity space. It works well for both casual and upscale events and helps create an organized, polished layout for your party. Tents can also be combined to maximize party space. 

You can choose the tent with no side walls or customize it with however many side walls you would like to best fit your event needs. 

Delivery: Pick up and Delivery times are between 8AM and 7PM. Delivery is $0 within 30 miles of our location. Outside 30 mile radius of Kokomo are subject to additional charges of $3.00 per mile. Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris, pet waste, and obstacles. Access to power and water may be required for certain items. All our rentals are 24 hour rentals unless requested otherwise with the exception of the foam parties. 

Tent Staking & Setup Requirements

For safety, all tents are secured using heavy-duty stakes driven into the ground. Stakes are typically driven approximately 18 inches into the ground and require a surface that can safely accommodate staking.

Customers are responsible for informing The Party Emporium of any underground utilities, lines, irrigation systems, septic systems, or other buried hazards prior to setup, including but not limited to gas, water, electric, internet, invisible fencing, or sprinkler lines.

If staking is not possible due to underground utilities, concrete surfaces, or other restrictions, weighted water barrels may be used as an alternative anchoring method when available. Water barrel setups require additional equipment, labor, and transportation and are available for an additional fee.

Failure to disclose underground hazards may result in additional fees or the inability to safely complete setup.

Please note:
Tent setup requires a flat outdoor area with enough clearance for safe installation. Customer is responsible for making sure the setup area is clear and ready before delivery.
