Tent Size: 10' × 20' (200 square feet)

Seating Capacity: Accommodates three 6-foot folding tables with six chairs per table, seating approximately 18 guests.

Tables and chairs are not included but can be rented separately.

Rent two of our 10×20 white tents and have them positioned together to create a larger covered event space.

Depending on your available space and event needs, tents can be arranged side by side or end to end.

Each tent is rented separately, and configurations are subject to available space and setup approval.

Sidewall Options

Open-Air Setup: Perfect for warm weather celebrations, providing shade while allowing airflow and easy guest access.

Sidewall Setup: Sidewalls are available upon request for additional privacy and protection from light weather conditions.

Rental & Delivery Details

• Rental Price: $175 per tent, per day
• Rental Period: Up to 24 hours
• Delivery: Free within 30 miles of Kokomo, Indiana
• Additional Mileage: $3 per mile beyond 30 miles
• Setup & Pickup: Included

Delivery and pickup are coordinated around our scheduled routes. Our team will confirm your arrival window before your event.

Setup Requirements

Customers must provide:

• A clean, flat, level outdoor setup area large enough for the tent and necessary anchoring clearances.
• A clear, accessible path for our delivery crew.
• A suitable surface for proper anchoring.
• Permission to stake into the ground or arrangements for alternative anchoring.

Important: Tent installations require additional clearance beyond the 10×20 footprint for safe installation and anchoring.

Important Staking & Anchoring Information

All tents must be properly anchored for safety.

Our standard installation uses stakes extending approximately 18 inches into the ground. Customers are responsible for identifying underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, private lines, and other buried hazards before installation.

Indiana 811 can arrange free marking of participating underground utilities. Private lines may require separate marking.

If staking is not permitted, water barrel anchoring is available for an additional fee:

• $60 per tent: When our crew can fill and empty the water barrels on-site using a customer-provided water source and approved drainage location.
• $120 per tent: When filling and emptying the barrels on-site is not possible and our crew must transport the water.

Important Booking Information: Water barrel fees are not automatically included in your online checkout total. If your setup requires water barrels, please indicate this in your booking details. We will manually add the applicable anchoring fee to your order after your booking is placed.

All additional anchoring fees must be paid before delivery.

Water barrel anchoring must be requested in advance so our crew can arrive with the appropriate equipment. All alternative anchoring arrangements are subject to setup approval.

Booking & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Deposits are refundable when bookings are canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Weather & Safety Information

For everyone's safety:

• Tents must remain properly anchored throughout the rental period.
• Do not remove or adjust stakes, water barrels, or other anchoring equipment.
• Do not attach decorations, lighting, or other items to the tent without prior approval.
• Keep open flames, grills, and other heat sources away from the tent.
• Tents are intended to provide shade and light weather protection, not shelter during severe weather.

Outdoor installations are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel setups during high winds, thunderstorms, or other hazardous weather conditions.

We handle the delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on enjoying your celebration!
